All that is taken for granted.

Alas that we think we know so much, yet know so little.

Even the concept of zero is known but not. Some did not have the number of zero, but we did. Our world was built with a reliance on zero... Yet so many have it wrong.

What is zero? Some argue that it is nothing. Some argue that zero is the absense of something. How close they are, yet so far.

True zero is nuetral, both positive and negative, yet niether. True zero is a flat land, a positive is a pile of dirt, and a negative a hole.

But this does not apply to mere numbers. Is darkness the lack of light, or an actual prescence of darkness? If pain, then anti-pain?

So many opposites, taken for granted that they are opposite.. but are they?
